The Ten Goa boutique resort has opened in Siolim. This represents the founders’ first North Goa property after Vivenda Dos Palhaços in Majorda and Ciaran’s in Palolem. The resort is set on a quiet forested stretch, minutes from North Goa’s restaurants, galleries, and beaches.
The property features ten luxury suites and a total of twenty-five bedrooms. Guests may book individual suites or reserve the entire estate for larger groups or multi-family stays. The Ten has five pools located throughout the property, including a rooftop infinity pool with views of the Siolim countryside.

Built for the Space Between Boutique and Resort
Manak Singh, founder of The Ten Goa, sees North Goa’s luxury market split into two extremes. Large resorts often feel industrial, he says, while small boutique stays can feel restrictive. So, The Ten set out to bridge that gap. It offers guests a sense of home, not a typical hotel stay.
That philosophy also shapes occupancy. Once bookings reach 50 per cent of inventory for given dates, The Ten stops taking further reservations. This is an unusual stance in a market where scale usually wins. It turns restraint itself into a luxury feature.

Suites Built Around a Shared Courtyard
Its suites are arranged around a central courtyard, which serves as the estate’s social hub. Each suite includes a private living room and a stocked pantry. While the first-floor suites feature private balconies, the four ground-floor suites offer direct access to individual plunge pools.

Architect Rita Mody Joshi based the design on Goa’s architectural traditions, incorporating laterite, warm wood, lime plaster, natural stone, and rattan. The “Timeless by Design” approach ensures each suite is unique in layout and palette. Courtyards, pools, and terraces are intended for daily use. Additionally, the bedrooms are separated from social areas to maintain tranquillity throughout the estate.
Dining Built Around the Guest
The Ten’s dining programme features North Indian, Coastal Goan, European, Italian, and barbecue cuisines. The head chef tailors every menu to the guest on arrival. For special occasions, the resort also offers The Ten Tables. This private five- or six-course dinner is served in-suite, on the terrace garden, or poolside, ideal for anniversaries and milestones.
Guests can also order from restaurants across North Goa. Staff will plate and present the meal as if it were prepared in-house. The resort serves breakfast until noon. It also maintains an open bar policy. It doesn’t sell alcohol or charge corkage, so guests can bring their own. Bartenders remain available on request.
The Ten is located in Gurvaddo, Bardez, Siolim, Goa. Suite rates range from approximately ₹50,000 to ₹100,000 per night and are subject to change. thetengoa.com
