Nashik just landed on The Fern’s map. The Fern Hotels has expanded its Maharashtra portfolio to 58 properties with the signing of The Fern Nashik, Series by Marriott, which is a 110-key hotel that says as much about the city’s rising profile as it does about the brand’s own ambitions. As The Fern Hotels expands its Maharashtra footprint further, the state remains the clearest evidence yet of the group’s future.
The hotel, set to open in 2028, is built to serve a city that’s increasingly pulling double duty as both a business stop and a leisure destination.

Why Nashik, Why Now
Chairman & Managing Director Suhail Kannampilly doesn’t dress it up much: Maharashtra’s economy is strong, its business environment is thriving, and Nashik in particular has become a draw for travellers. Lalitkumar Kudale of BKP Realities LLP, the project’s development partner, describes the goal simply as “a hospitality landmark built around what travellers to the city actually need.”
Built for Business and Downtime Alike
The property isn’t restricting to one type of traveller. An all-day dining restaurant sits alongside a specialty restaurant, while a conference room and two banquet halls give the hotel real weight as a venue for meetings, weddings and larger gatherings.

On the leisure side, a gym, pool, spa and salon round things out which are the kind of amenities that turn a stopover into a stay.
With this signing, The Fern cements Nashik as one of its priority markets in Maharashtra. It’s a bet on the city’s growth as much as its own.
