Air India Delhi-Toronto flights become non-stop

Air India will operate non-stop Delhi–Toronto flights from August 1, 2026. The airline will remove the technical fuel stop at Vienna after introducing its new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner on the route.

The change will cut westbound journey times by nearly three hours, reducing total travel time to around 17 hours, subject to available airspace. Eastbound flights from Toronto to Delhi already operate non-stop. Air India will also restore daily services after temporarily reducing frequencies during June and July. Tickets for the upgraded service are now available.
