Rapid Growth Since 2021 Launch

AI Assistant Via Supports Advisors, Not Replaces Them

Fora is expanding Via, its built-in AI assistant, which is now in beta testing. Via helps advisors with destination research, supplier information, and building itineraries. It also helps generate proposals, saving a lot of time on administrative tasks. Fora believes AI will make travel advisors more valuable rather than replace them.

“Fora’s mission has always been to give advisors the infrastructure they need,” said co-founder Evan Frank. He noted that human expertise, relationships and taste matter more with AI. Frank added that advisors are already building bigger businesses, faster, using Via.

Travel Advising Emerges as a Fast-Growing Profession

LinkedIn ranked travel advisor as the fifth-fastest-growing job in the United States for 2025. Fora now has over 15,000 active advisors on its platform. About 97 percent of them are completely new to the profession. Many used to work in medicine, law, or trading or were full-time parents.

Brian O’Malley, founder of Tactile Ventures, said Fora now outpaces all AI travel companies combined. He credits Fora’s mix of automation and human accountability for this success. With the new funding, Fora has raised a total of $138.5 million. The company plans to expand into cruises, flights, and enterprise investments next. For more information, please visit foratravel.com.
