What’s It Like
The hotel strikes a confident balance between business practicality and genuine warmth. Service is personal from arrival. Its location is advantageous, with leading hospitals such as Apollo, Mallige, and Fortis nearby, providing reassurance for extended stays. Guests can also easily access Cubbon Park, Lalbagh, Vidhana Soudha, and cultural sites like Chitrakala Parishath. I stayed in the Ren Room with Balcony, measuring 45 sqm, plus a generous 26 sqm balcony.

The extra outdoor space made a real difference, giving the room a sense of scale that many city hotels lack. Inside, the amenities cover every practical base. A coffee machine, USB outlets and a lighted makeup mirror handle daily essentials, while a desk, ironing board and trouser press keep business travel simple. A mini fridge, stocked with dishes and glasses, adds a welcome touch of independence. Overall, the room felt designed for travellers who need to work, unwind and still have room to breathe.

The fitness centre is open 24 hours and features modern, well-maintained equipment. The outdoor swimming pool operates from 6am to 10pm and offers city skyline views. In the evenings, the poolside bar creates a different atmosphere, and the hotel offers romantic poolside dinners for couples.

Breakfast at LUSH was a highlight, with fresh-cut fruit, plain dosa, and filter coffee served promptly and well prepared. LUSH offers modern cuisine using local ingredients and serves all meals, including weekend brunch. Alfresco and cabana seating by the lawn provide a pleasant setting for any meal. In the evenings, R Bar features equestrian-themed decor and a diverse drinks menu, making it suitable for both brief meetings and extended visits.
