Encalm has expanded its airport hospitality portfolio with the launch of Encalm Eats, a dedicated food and beverage vertical focused on developing in-house dining concepts and managing partner brands. The company has also introduced its first original concept, IndiSip Café, at Delhi Airport. The launch marks Encalm’s entry into the organised food services sector and reflects a broader trend across airport hospitality, as operators increasingly invest in dining experiences alongside lounges, concierge services, and passenger assistance.

Bringing Indian flavours to travellers
IndiSip Café draws inspiration from India’s beverage traditions while combining them with familiar café favourites. The menu features signature teas, including Ginger Cardamom, Kesar, Gulab, and Kashmiri Kahwa. Guests can also choose from espresso-based drinks, iced coffees, shakes, and a range of quick-service food options. The café serves regional favourites such as Masala Samosa, Khopara Patties, Irani Bun Maska, and Achari Paneer Tikka and Chicken Tikka Wraps, alongside croissants, muffins, and cookies. Encalm says the concept aims to celebrate India’s rich beverage culture while offering travellers familiar flavours in a contemporary airport setting.
Expanding beyond airport lounges
The IndiSip Café Delhi Airport signals a significant step in Encalm’s broader growth strategy. The company has built its reputation through airport lounges, meet-and-assist services, spas, and premium airport experiences. With Encalm Eats, it is now expanding into food and beverage as part of a wider hospitality ecosystem. According to the company, Encalm Eats will focus on creating original dining concepts while also managing a portfolio of partner brands across multiple hospitality formats.
Airport dining continues to evolve
Airports are increasingly becoming lifestyle and hospitality destinations rather than simply transit hubs. Travellers now expect stronger dining options, greater variety, and more localised experiences during their journeys. As a result, airport operators and hospitality companies are investing in concepts that offer both convenience and a stronger sense of place. IndiSip reflects that shift by combining regional Indian flavours with a format designed specifically for modern travellers. The launch also gives Encalm a platform to expand its food and beverage presence across future airport and hospitality locations.
