The service connects King Khalid International Airport with Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. As Riyadh Air launches daily Mumbai flights, the carrier enters one of the fastest-growing aviation markets globally. Ticket sales opened a month ahead of launch, on 6 July 2026.

A Premium Product From Day One
Riyadh Air is deploying Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners on the Mumbai route. The aircraft features four cabin classes: Business Elite, Business, Premium Economy and Economy. Business Elite suites include sliding privacy doors and 32-inch 4K entertainment screens.
The outbound flight departs Riyadh at 14:05 and lands in Mumbai at 20:35. The return service leaves Mumbai at 22:05, arriving back in Riyadh at 23:50. Economy fares start from roughly $156 one-way, with Business Class starting near $676.

Part of a Rapid Global Rollout
Mumbai joins a network that barely existed a few months earlier. Riyadh Air added London, Jeddah, Dubai, Cairo, Madrid and Kuala Lumpur between June and July alone. The airline aims to serve 100 destinations globally by 2030.
CEO Tony Douglas called India one of the fastest-growing aviation markets in the world. He said the route was chosen to support Riyadh Air’s ambition of becoming a truly global carrier. Onward connections through Riyadh open up Europe and the Middle East for Indian travellers.
Most airlines take years to reach double-digit destinations. Riyadh Air just got there in months, and Mumbai was worth waiting for.
