Wynn Al Marjan Island unveils its completed 550-meter shoreline this week. The reveal offers the first glimpse of the resort’s waterfront experience. Notably, the UAE’s first integrated resort now features a private beach, sheltered lagoon, and purpose-built reef. These sit along Ras Al Khaimah’s crystal-clear waters. As Wynn Al Marjan Island unveils this milestone, the shoreline emerges as one of the property’s defining features. It brings white sand, deep beaches, and gentle breezes to Wynn’s first-ever beachfront destination.

A Lagoon and Reef Built for Marine Life
The sheltered lagoon offers calm, clear waters. These conditions are ideal for swimming and snorkelling. Meanwhile, submerged rock formations frame the shoreline on both sides. Just offshore, engineered reef units support the growth of a thriving marine habitat. Coral and marine life have already begun taking hold. Additionally, ospreys now nest nearby. As a result, the waters surrounding the reef have become well regarded by regional diving communities. In fact, 21 dive sites sit nearby, including natural reefs and shipwrecks.

Three Distinct Beach Experiences
Wynn Al Marjan Island unveils its beachfront across three distinct environments. These include Resort Beach, Adult Beach, and Enclave Beach, each with its own character. Chaise lounges and cabanas range from intimate shaded retreats to a private bungalow. The bungalow features its own plunge pool and butler service. Meanwhile, the lagoon’s calm waters support swimming, snorkelling, paddleboarding, and kayaking.
Max Tappeiner, President of Wynn Al Marjan Island, said the ambition was clear. The team wanted to create a shoreline where guests can escape in complete privacy. He added that the property gives Wynn Resorts a fresh opportunity. Specifically, it lets the brand create something entirely new for its global portfolio.
