Emirates flights delivered strong punctuality figures in June 2026. The airline completed 99.84% of its scheduled services. Aviation intelligence provider OAG compiled the rankings using data from carriers operating between 10,000 and 20,000 monthly flights.

A Standout Cancellation Rate

Emirates flights were cancelled just 0.16% of the time in June. This stands at 12,608 scheduled flights in the fifth month of the year. That equals fewer than two cancellations per 1,000 services. The airline achieved this despite disruption in parts of the Middle East aviation market.

Solid On-Time Performance Too

Emirates ranked seventh worldwide for on-time performance in its flight-volume category. The carrier landed 85.24% of services within 15 minutes of schedule. It trailed Saudia, Copa Airlines, Korean Air, Air India, Aeromexico and WestJet but outperformed several on cancellations.

Part of a Strong Year for the Carrier

The Emirates flight punctuality result adds to a strong 2026 for the airline. Emirates recently reclaimed Best Airline in the Middle East at the APEX Best in Airline Awards. It also won World’s Best Inflight Entertainment for its ice platform. The airline reported a record annual profit of AED22.8 billion earlier this year and introduced conflict-related travel insurance covering rebooking, hotel accommodation and medical costs for affected passengers. emirates.com
