ALL Accor and IndiGo BluChip have started a new loyalty partnership. Now, members of both programmes can earn or use points for hotel stays and flights. The companies describe this as the first collaboration of its kind between hospitality and aviation in India.

Connecting Two Major Loyalty Ecosystems

ALL Accor is Accor’s booking and loyalty programme. IndiGo BluChip is the airline’s fast-growing rewards scheme. This partnership connects a wide range of hotels, destinations, and flight rewards for Indian travellers. Ranju Alex, CEO of Accor South Asia, said the goal is to make travel smoother and more connected for guests.

A Long-Awaited Rollout

This partnership builds on a larger alliance between InterGlobe Enterprises and Accor, which was first announced in April 2025. It took more than a year to launch the loyalty exchange. At the launch event, Gaurav Bhushan, Group CEO of Ennismore and Chairman of Accor India, joined senior IndiGo leaders, including Rahul Bhatia, Group MD of InterGlobe Enterprises.

More Integrations Expected

Executives say this loyalty exchange is just the beginning. Accor is expected to become more involved in IndiGo’s broader travel offerings, which already include cabs and sightseeing. This move shows a long-term plan for more than just points sharing, aiming for a closer connection between hospitality and aviation in India.
