ITC Hotels acquires WelcomHotel Ahmedabad. The group has announced plans to acquire a 100 per cent stake in GHK Hospitality and Infrastructure, which owns Welcomhotel Ahmedabad. ITC Hotels currently operates this property under an existing services agreement.
This acquisition will add a 130-room hotel to ITC Hotels’ owned asset portfolio. Welcomhotel Ahmedabad is located on Ashram Road, overlooking the Sabarmati Riverfront, and is near Ahmedabad International Airport and the Narendra Modi Stadium.

Ahmedabad ranks among India’s top eight urban economies. It is one of India’s top eight urban economies, supported by major corporations and nearby industrial corridors such as Dholera, GIFT City, and Sanand.
