Radisson Hotel Group has signed four new Park Inn & Suites by Radisson hotels in India. The properties are located in Roorkee, Meerut, Asansol and Navi Mumbai’s Airoli district. The signings expand the group’s midscale footprint across the country’s emerging growth corridors.
Targeting Underserved, High-Growth Markets
All four cities share strong demand fundamentals, yet limited branded hotel supply. IIT Roorkee anchors Roorkee, alongside a growing industrial base. Meerut serves as a key manufacturing and defence hub within the National Capital Region. Meanwhile, Asansol serves West Bengal’s coal mining and steel industries, and also draws strong wedding and religious tourism demand.
Radisson designed Park Inn & Suites, its India-focused midscale brand, for cities with rising education, industrial and corporate activity. Consequently, each property will include dining outlets, meeting spaces and event facilities, catering to business travellers, weddings and social gatherings alike.

Navi Mumbai Rounds Out the Portfolio
The fourth property, Park Inn & Suites by Radisson, Airoli, targets Navi Mumbai’s expanding business travel and MICE segment. Sandarsh Shetty said the hotel is designed to meet business and MICE traveller needs while complementing the area’s growing office ecosystem. Park Inn & Suites by Radisson, Roorkee, is scheduled to open in Q2 2027 on NH-344. The Meerut and Asansol properties are both expected to open in Q1 2029.
